Account Manager - Packaging

Location: London - 3 days in office

Salary: DOE

Company: A leading packaging and branding design agency.

Role: To take responsibility for a series of client relationships and ensure that they are managed to their fullest potential: - To take responsibility for delivering excellence in terms of quality of work, optimising fees and efficiency - To be the catalyst for client fee growth - To act as the client representative and to actively support the client lead in delivering identified client projects to the highest possible standards

* Be the owner of the day-to-day client relationship and their key entry point into the business.

* Manage client expectations: always meet and preferably exceed.

* Ensure you present yourself and our work to the highest possible professional standards.

* Have a point of view on the client’s brands and business.

* Seek out ways to grow the relationship you have with your clients: grow the value of existing relationships and build new ones.

* Maximise profit and revenue.

* Run entire projects (under the guidance of the project lead) through to delivery and manage client expectations.

* Ensure that all work related material that leaves the building is of the highest possible standard.

* Ensure that administrative tasks are completed to the highest possible standards.

* Communicate all account developments to your manager.

* Attend meetings on time and be prepared to contribute.

Requirements:

* Packaging industry experience - food and beverage

* Proven account / project management within an agency / design or packaging manufacturers

* Have good knowledge of design, retail, brand and packaging

* Technical knowledge or printing processes - print and packaging

* Good understanding of design and artwork processes

* Team collaboration skills

* Excellent organizational and time management skills

* Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written

* Strong organisational skills along with ability to multitask

* Ensure good attention to detail.

* Be flexible and hardworking
