The service was fantastic. Jonathan drew a number of options for our extension and when we picked the option we liked the finalised drawings were produced very quickly and efficiently. The plans were then submitted the next day and the planning process was underway within a week of us engaging Jonathan. Highly recommend.

I posted my job on Bark. I was looking to get help with the planning permission process, to add a small porch to the front of my terraced house. Jonathan responded, with a request for some details. From those details, he advised that I was very unlikely to receive planning permission, because my porch would impact the narrative of the rest of the street. He did this with no payment, simply professionalism. Jonathan has produced a number of plans for us – he’s really positive and amenable to work with. He has worked with us to produce plans which capture our vision, as well as bringing his considerable professional skills to bear.
