Mariam Mann took the time to understand my building extension project (single story extension) and offered a lot of good advice whilst putting forward several options for consideration. She also identified potential obstacles related to councils/water board and ensured we had the right documentation in place to successfully navigate towards a solution. Always felt like I was a personal/private client as I was able to reach Mariam Mann directly through phone or email where she responded promptly which didn't delay the project. Mariam Mann often shared additional advice and didn't use that as an opportunity to charge extra unlike other firms I was in contact with. Highly recommended - plans, drawings, advice and prompt service: without fault. Price was very reasonable compared to others that quoted.
