I am very experienced Independent Draughtsman covering Surrey, Sussex & Buckinghamsire, with a full design and build partnership with Lcd design and build so can offer just plans or a full turn key solution if required.

Having designed and built many homes, extensions and annexes with over 35 years building experience am well placed to give honest and practical advice, and being independent I am flexible and sensible with my fee structure

Fees: A typical single storey extension ranges between £500/£600 including site survey, draft plans and submission to your local authority for permission

I also offer card payments for clients to for ease of payment and their protection and give good practical advise as if I was building it myself. I do all the paperwork and form filling and act as your agent with your local authority until satisfactory conclusion.
