Description

I am an architect with over 30 years experience of working in architectural offices in Hong Kong and in the UK. My work experience covers a variety of design sectors, mostly of residential projects, ranging from individual private dwellings through to large scale housing developments, as well as projects for commercial offices, hospitality and leisure, education and healthcare.

This range of experience has taught me that a successful design, in whatever setting, comes from being mindful of the details at all stages of the design process. Beginning with understanding the client’s aspirations, investigating the site opportunities, allowing the ideas to mature and develop, before arriving at a design solution that meets the client’s vision.

Currently based in Hove, in East Sussex, I am embarking on a new solo venture, building on all my experience to undertake local residential designs, extensions or alterations, from exploring those initial sketch ideas, through to preparing design drawings for submission as part of a planning application.
