Great company, secured a conversion of a detached garage to a residential annex despite a restrictive planning condition having been in place. They looked after me from start to finish, emailing me often to let me know how the planning was progressing. Will 100% use again.

The Planning Workshop helped me secure a change of use from a 6 person HMO to a 4 person HMO, and a self-contained 1 bed flat, set in a Conservation Area.
