Description
Aprilia Mojito Custom 125cc
A brilliant Scooter, £9 to fill up, Cheap insurance and of course cheap road Tax.
Over the past few years the bike has been had the following repairs and upgrades to make her into the reliable little scooter she is today.
- Front suspension was removed, painted and rebuilt with new bushings, struts and the head bearings replaced
- new tyres
- complete new exhaust
- Front brake calliper rebuilt with new piston and seals
- New rear shock, stiffer to allow for a pillion rider
- Replaced Speedo drive and cable
- Replaced clocks
- New intake manifold
- Fuel pump rebuilt
- Carb removed and cleaned
- Oil, filter & air filter
- Replaced drive belt, variator and roller
- New battery
- New fuel gauge sender
- Replaced ignition switch
The bike now rides faultless other than the since failed speedometer, which I haven’t gotten around to looking at.
