This vintage Chokin collector plate from Japan features a delicate gilded relief design of a hummingbird and daffodils, as well as the edges, accented in 24k gold. This lovely plate with its delicate image, makes it a luxurious addition to any collection, with its elegant white and gold colours. The brand's reputation for quality craftsmanship is evident in this beautifully crafted plate, measuring 16.5cm in diameter, making it a timeless decorative piece for collectors and enthusiasts of the Japanese craftsmanship alike.

CONDITION: no chips, no cracks, no crazing anywhere. Some minimal and insignificant scratches on the gilding, a little patch of glue residue on the back, which can be easily removed with non abrasive cleaning solution and cloth. (please check close up photos). The back is stamped in a gilded makers mark with explanation about the Chokin history. And some expected scuff marks on the ring on which it stood or from the years it was stored. (See photo).
