Description
Family clock in need of new home due to downsizing. Late 19th century ebonised Vienna style regulator wall clock. Probably German manufacturer. No markings other than no: 46104 on back of clock workings. Clear white dial, some minor crazing as seen on photo, with small second dial below the 12 o clock position. Single pendulum, and key. Working, keeps good time, 8 day. Back has spacers added by Father in law a long time ago, to keep the clock level with wall, and keep off the cold wall. He also treated the woodworm, see photo of back, and used wood filler on some on the back at the bottom. He passed in 1984. Clock has been in our home since 2002. Height is 1m finial top to finial bottom. The width is 38cm maximum, and the depth 16cm maximum. . Let me know if you need more information. Sold as seen. Buyer to collect. Cash on collection.
