Description
Victorian mantel clock made by well known French maker Samuel Marti.
The clock needs a service as the pendulum is working sometimes just for few minutes sometimes for about half hour. Cime mechanism in working order chiming the halves and hours on a bell. The back plate mechanism is stamped with a "S. Marti et Cie Medaille de Bronze", a mark which was used between 1867-1869 after some google research.
The clock is coming in a beautiful walnut and ebonized case in really good condition. No key present.
Dimensions: 35x18 cm, 39 cm height.
