Rare 16th century codex letter

Description

A very rare 16th century French codex document.

A 2 page double sided document, with 50 lines.
I have been advised by Professor Daniel Wakelin of the Oxford University (Professor of Medieval English Palaeography) that:
“This seems to be a set of legal agreements in sixteenth-century French, and unfortunately also in sixteenth-century (or very early seventeenth-century) French handwriting. This is what is called the ‘secretary hand’, so fiendishly hard to read, when it crops up in records from Tudor England. Things which might baffle google would be abbreviations, roman numerals and the general currency of the writing; all the letters run into each other, written at speed.”
An extremely rare document in remarkable condition for the age.
