Description
Two beautiful pieces of vintage Bohemian glass from the 1950s or 1960s with white overlay hand-painted with floral design. Priced at £90 for both pieces or £50 each.
Blue vase - in excellent condition, with very minor signs of use.
Height: 21.5 cm
Diameter at top: 15 cm. Diameter at base 9.5 cm
Cranberry red decanter with stopper - very good overall with some minor flaws detailed below.
Height including stopper: 24 cm
Diameter at top: 5 cm; at base: 6.5 cm; at middle: 9.5 cm
Stopper 9 cm x 4 cm
There is a small, shallow chip approximately 5mm wide inside the rim; a small brown mark less than 1 cm inside the neck; some areas of the gold paint are partially worn; there is some shallow pitting in the white overlay just above the base and at the bottom of the neck. In spite of these flaws the overall appearance is very good.
