This beautiful chair is from the late 1890s and has a intricately hand woven rattan cane seat.
Affectionately known as a Parlour Chair, this would have sat in a welcoming space, to be admired for its inlaid marketry details.
You could also imagine this in the covered patio of a nice home in what has been called, 'The Gay '90s,' that being, the 1890s!!!
