Description
Huge 20th century slipware studio pottery ewer or jug. Stamped with potter’s mark. Black ground base with orange and brown beaded and trailed decoration, very similar to the colours and design cross hatching of Thomas Toft. Handle looks like an owl’s face. 14 inches tall 3.2kg. Cash on collection at Poole.
