Description
Authentic and genuine. Believe 1920s 1930s vintage. A good size. Should fit most fireplace alcoves. Measures: height, to writing surface, 78 cm, height overall 120 cm width 107 cm depth 76 cm. Looks like the roll-top desks you often see in American cowboy movies. Vintage condition, good for age – see photos. The desk has a slot in the side (see photos) to post letters etc through when the roll-top is pulled down. Separate writing surface hidden above pedestal drawers. Original castors to allow desk to be moved to a new position. Period prop ideal for film tv theatre productions. Sold as seen. From a pet and smoke-free home.
