C19th French Oak and Metal Grape Harvest Hod Basket
This tall tapered basket with metal strapping is decorated with brackets for back straps, so it can be carried on the back during harvest.
This large hod basket is in great condition flaunting a rich and warm patina, with knocks, bangs, wear and tear all commensurate with age.
This piece would look absolutely superb hung within a kitchen, hall or entranceway wall filled with a dry floral arrangement. Just one of many possible uses.
