Brief Description:
This is a superb original 18th-century Italian Castelli Majolica plate.
The vibrant, beautifully presented piece portrays Putto, who is wearing his large wings and is poised seated upon a tree trunk with the vast mountainous Italian landscape behind him.
It is an incredible quality piece with the artwork being particularly fine.
