For sale a antique victorian 1850 mahogany doctors desk made by james winter of london, the desk has the two original keys which fits all seven locks.
The desk has three top drawers that lock and three right hand side drawers that lock, the left hand side show three draws but it is a solid mahogany panel with one shelf with two storage compartments but it can be locked by the top lock or it has a quick turn and push shut self closing locking system where one of the mahogany draw knobs turns and locks or releases the locked panel.
The desk came out of a old house in Chester City. the desk is in three sections the top of the desk is 55 inches in length and 26 inches in depth, the height of the desk is 33 inches.
The desk does have age related marks with the desk being 170 years old.
The desk four wheels are quality brown porcelain the desk is collection from chester cheshire CH1 it will fit in medium size hatchback car but please bring sheets to protect it in transit. i can deliver the desk if its local.
