Description
A beautiful antique Georgian writing desk with two side by side drawers. This item is in original, unrestored condition. It is not twisted or warped and stands firmly on its legs. There are no loose joints. On the top surface there is some minor discolouration to the left edge which I have tried to highlight in pictures 5 and 6 and a couple of minor blemishes highlighted in pictures 7 and 8. There is an ink stain and some pen marks on the internal surfaces of the drawers which have previously been covered with lining paper.
This is a charming piece of honest, original furniture with minor signs of wear and tear commensurate with its age. Please contact me if you require further pictures, more information, or would like to arrange a viewing.
