Description
Beautiful Edwardian overmantel mirror. Likely mahogany. Early 1900's. Height to top apex point 3ft 6" (107cm approx), width at widest point along the bottom edge is 3ft 6" (107cm) approx, depth 4" (10cm) approx. 1 main large mirror, 2 small top 'shield-shaped' mirrors, and 4 small side rectangular mirrors, all mirrors with original bevelled glass. 1 top central curved shelf. 2 side curved shelves. Ornate, intricate carvings on wood, floral. Lovely decorative piece, good overall condition for it's age. Has a ring mark/stain on the top shelf, and some paint on the top right hand side on the wood. There are brass picture hanging fixtures at the top and bottom of the sides for wall hanging. Quite weighty. A really good antique piece.
