Found in my loft a pair of velvet top hats in a poor condition dated from the1800s one of the hats was made in Halifax West Yorkshire by R Whiteley and sons he died in 1880 aged 81 they are for sale £10 for the two collection only cash in hand on collection thanks the size is small 22" 56cm
