Description
19th century Mahogany chest of drawers in 2 sections made in Ireland, stamped to the rear of the top section, No 8 Capel St Dublin 1820.
Bottom section has 2 long drawers and removable turned feet with screw threads. Bound in metal and with original carrying handles.
Top section has 2 small over 1 longer drawer. Again bound in metal with original carrying handles.
All drawers are of dovetail construction and lined in pine
Normal wear to a piece of antique campaign furniture which has obviously been used for the purpose it was made for.
