Description
1938 Set of Churchman’s cigarette cards, titled Association Footballers.
Full set of 50 cards window mounted under glass.
features a wide range of professional football players from the 1930's. The cards show the top footballers of the period from a wide variety of clubs.
Each card has a photograph of the footballer on the front and on the back a brief description of the career of the subject. The set gives a very good nostalgic overview of professional football at the end of the 1930's.
The cards are all original and in good condition and approx 6.5 x 3.5cm in size.
