Description
Great example of the improved version of the NAD 3020, the top amplifier in Hifi Choice magazine's list of most important hifi components ever (coming in at No. 2 overall). The 3020 has its own Wikipedia page, and endless information and opinions are available online.
The improved version came out in 1991 priced at £149. It is rated at 20W RMS per channel, but is a high current design so can deliver dynamic power of 50W into 2 ohms. It has a good quality phono stage, 2 line ins, a tape loops and Main ins/Preouts for use as a pre or power amplifier only.
In full working order and very good condition. It has been cleaned inside and out and there are no pops and crackles. There are minor signs of use.
It has a lovely, clean, dynamic sound. It sounds superb with the Mission 737R speakers than I am also selling.
