Smart Energy was recommended to me by my daughter and her husband following their very positive experience with the company when they had fitted an air conditioning system covering their large Edwardian house early in the year. The system provided very welcome relief during the early summer heatwaves. Based on their experience I contacted Smart Energy and was initially dealt with by Amy Alvarez, their Business Development Manager. This was the start of a seamless and informative journey through to a site survey and timely installation. Throughout the process I was greatly impressed by everyone’s friendly and helpful attitude, their outstanding professionalism and first class customer service. I am delighted with their work, which took less than a month from initial contact to having a fully functioning system. I believe it is excellent value for money and I look forward to a comfortable night’s sleep for many years to come. Over the past year or so, we've been trying to resolve ongoing air conditioning and heating system issues at our HQ in Coventry. We initially sought quotes through Bark and some of our older contacts, but after receiving four estimates—each more expensive than expected—we felt the project might have to be put on hold. Smart energy have been brilliant from start to finish. The whole team were very professional and understanding to our needs. Not the cheapest quote we received.
