The Role

• Collaborate with the Building Manager to lead your team and enhance operational processes for optimal colleague experiences.

• Foster relationships by capturing individual preferences for guests and colleagues during their visits.

• Manage the Visitor Management, Meeting Rooms, and Desk Booking systems to ensure a smooth workspace experience.

• Maintain a clean and organized office environment in line with client site guidelines.
