Key Responsibilities

* Warehouse Leadership: Oversee all warehouse activities, including goods-in, storage, inventory control, and outbound logistics.

* Trade Counter Management: Run the trade counter efficiently, delivering excellent service to walk-in customers and coordinating seamlessly with warehouse operations.

* Team Development: Lead, train, and support a team of warehouse staff, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

* Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational improvement and implement new processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness.

* Logistics & Compliance: Manage shipping logistics and ensure compliance with all health & safety standards.

What We’re Looking For

* 3–5 years of proven experience in warehouse operations and team management.

* Strong working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control.

* Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.

* Clear and effective communication skills.

* Valid forklift licences.

* A hands-on, proactive approach with a strong focus on customer service and operational excellence.
