Job Title: Graduate/Assistant Town Planner

Location: Chichester

Salary: £26,000 - £32,000 DOE

The Role

We are seeking a Town Planner at Graduate or Assistant level with ideally 1 – 3 yrs experience at either a UK local authority or private firm.

The Company

This company is a property consultancy who offer various services such as town planning, development management, surveys, design and feasibility assessments on a variety of commercial and residential projects.

The role will require

* Assist the planning team

* Oversee applications and appeals

* Prepare supporting documentation for applications and appeals

* Represent clients at planning committee meetings

* Manage external consultants

* Give sound advise to all stakeholders

Desired Skills & Qualifications

* Town Planning Degree

* Ideally MSc in Town Planning

* 1 – 3 years UK experience

* UK driving licence

Salary & Benefits

* £28,000 - £32,000 DOE
