Location: Chelmsford

The Role

You will be involved in a diverse range of exciting projects, including:

Strategic land promotion and site allocation through local plans

Preparation and management of complex planning applications and appeals

Feasibility studies and development appraisals

Input into Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA)

Public consultation and community engagement activities

Providing strategic planning advice and creative solutions for clientsWhat's on Offer

MRTPI-qualified

Minimum of 3 years' professional planning experience
