The Role

We are working with an established private planning consultancy in Leeds that has carved out a strong reputation in a specialist sector. Known for delivering tailored planning solutions and achieving outstanding results for clients, they're looking to grow their talented team with the addition of a motivated Town Planner.

Key Responsibilities

·Manage planning applications, appeals, and site appraisals across the consultancy's specialist market.

·Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities.

·Provide expert advice on planning policy, strategies, and development feasibility.

·Contribute to business development initiatives within the consultancy's niche sector.

What We're Looking For

·A degree in Town Planning or a related field, with RTPI accreditation (or working towards it).

·Experience in the private or public sector, with a solid understanding of the planning process.

·A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for working on specialist projects.

·Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships.

·Someone who is happy to go into the office 5 days a week and work with a collaborate team.
