Private Travel Assistant – Europe (1-Month Contract, Starts ASAP)

Location: Europe (initial stops: Oslo, Copenhagen, Stockholm, Helsinki)

Start Date: Wednesday, 13th August

Duration: 1 month

Salary: $5,000 USD (or equivalent in Euros) + travel & food expenses

We are recruiting on behalf of our client currently travelling through Europe who is seeking a reliable and discreet Travel Assistant to support with daily tasks and travel logistics. This is an exciting opportunity for someone experienced, flexible, and ready to start immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with luggage handling and movement
Running errands and grocery shopping
Managing bookings (restaurants, transport, appointments)
Coordinating daily travel logistics and schedules
Providing general day-to-day support as required

Candidate Requirements:

Valid passport for Schengen area + UK
Prior experience in a similar role (travel/personal assistant)
Preferably fluent in English (spoken and written)
Highly discreet, adaptable, and professional
Able to assist with luggage and errands
Available to work 7 days a week, averaging 8 hours per day with flexibility
