Description

We’re looking for a hands-on Production Team Leader to guide, motivate, and develop a dedicated team in our clients fast-paced industrial division.

Location: Cheltenham

Type: Permanent Monday to Friday

Hours: 40 Hours per week

Salary: £31,075 per year

Holidays: 28 Days

You’ll oversee daily operations, maintain high quality standards, hit performance targets, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction all while fostering a safe, hygienic work environment.

You’ll report to the Production Manager and may occasionally cover for both the Production and Operations Managers, giving you valuable exposure to broader operational leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, train, and motivate your team to meet operational KPIs and budgetary targets.

Monitor and maintain top-tier quality control and customer satisfaction.

Support daily workflow, ensuring efficiency and adherence to standards.

Track and report on team performance.

Basic HR matters.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.About You

Proven experience supervising teams in a fast-paced production or manufacturing environment.

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Confident communicator, both written and verbal.

Customer-focused, with a keen eye for quality.
