Site Supervisor – Waste & Recycling

Location:Park Royal

Hours: 36 hours per week (5 days over 7, including weekends on a rota)

Contract: Temporary (3–6 months)

Pay Rate: £23.30 - £25.10 per hour

Pay: Weekly paid via the agency

About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced and hands-on Site Supervisor to join the team at a busy Reuse and Recycling Centre in West London. This is a site-based role where you’ll play a key part in ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant day-to-day operations of the facility.

You’ll be supervising operational staff, leading by example, and ensuring excellent customer service, site safety, and smooth coordination of waste and recycling activity — all while contributing to environmental goals such as reuse and repair initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a team of site operatives

Ensure full compliance with health & safety and environmental regulations

Deliver high standards of customer service to site users

Support performance management and staff well-being

Coordinate daily site operations and reporting

Contribute to sustainability goals and reuse initiatives

Proven experience supervising in a waste, logistics, or similar operational environment

Strong knowledge of health & safety best practices
