Employer: Cotteswold Dairy • Department: Sales Office • Hours: 40 per week (five days across Monday - Saturday) • Location: Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire (commutable from Cheltenham, Gloucester, Worcester, Evesham, Malvern, Pershore)

We’re looking for a Sales Office Manager to lead our experienced team at Cotteswold Dairy’s Tewkesbury Head Office. This is a customer service role focused on taking and processing orders from our existing customer base (inbound calls and emails, no cold calling), ensuring every order is accurate, on time and supported by outstanding service. You’ll manage a team of four Sales Administrators and work closely with our Haulage, Production, Technical and senior management teams to keep operations running smoothly for our loyal customers in the dairy / food manufacturing (FMCG) sector.

What you’ll be doing as Sales Office Manager
Lead, coach and motivate a team of four Sales Administrators to deliver exceptional customer service and order accuracy.
Oversee the end-to-end order process for existing customers: inbound orders, data entry, pricing, invoicing and delivery coordination ensuring “right first time” every time.
Collaborate daily with Haulage, Production, Technical, Sales and Senior Management to align service levels, product availability and promotions.
Maintain accurate customer database and pricing files; ensure compliance with agreed terms and promotional activity.
Own customer service KPIs and reporting; present insights and drive continuous improvement.
Investigate queries/complaints with thorough root cause analysis and implement preventative actions.
Provide hands-on cover across the Sales Office when required in a fast-paced FMCG environment.About you
Experienced Office/Customer Service Manager (ideally in FMCG / food & drink / dairy manufacturing) with a track record of managing teams.
Confident, proactive decision-maker with excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
Highly organised, strong IT skills and exceptional attention to detail with solid commercial acumen.
