Operations Manager

Role Details:

*

25 hours per week (Opportunity for full time hours if required)

*

Up to £35,000 per year (pro rata if part time)

Based in Leicester (close to the city centre)

We’re working with a highly reputable organisation within the commercial services sector seeking an Operations Manager with a strong focus on quality management to join their established team. Reporting into the founder of the business, this is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on ensuring standards are met, processes run smoothly, and teams deliver excellence every time.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of quality management systems (including ISO accreditations), conduct regular site audits, and work closely with staff to ensure the highest standards of service are consistently achieved. You’ll need to be confident, organised, and able to prioritise effectively, as part of your remit will involve following up with team members to ensure their duties are being completed to the correct standard, all handled with a personable yet professional approach.

Key Responsibilities:

*

Oversee and manage all aspects of quality management across operations.

*

Conduct regular site quality audits and address non-conformance promptly.

*

Monitor attendance, operational performance, and compliance with company policies.

*

Liaise with customers to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement.

*

Manage and review training requirements, including Health & Safety, COSHH, and safeguarding.

*

Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement remedial action plans.

About You:

Confident communicator, able to engage with people at all levels.

*

Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.

*

A personable yet assertive nature, with the professionalism to address issues constructively.

*

Comfortable managing processes, reviewing performance, and ensuring compliance.

*

Proficient in basic IT (Word, Excel, Email).
