Job Title: Junior Project Manager

Salary: up to £32,000 dependent upon experience

Location: Hackney, London

Aeropeople are currently recruiting a Junior Project Manager on behalf of our client, a multinational design company operating in the transportation, interiors and product design fields.

With more than 30 years’ experience, their design portfolio spans interiors for premium resorts and hotels, aircraft cabins and lounges for major airlines and interiors for the world’s most luxurious trains. They also specialise in new product design as well as interiors for leading healthcare and wellness brands. From offices in London, Singapore and Dubai, their multi-disciplinary teams cover a range of skills from ideation and concept development to industrial design, branding and programme delivery.

They are seeking a highly organised and motivated Junior Project Manager to support the successful delivery of design projects across their portfolio. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for design and innovation. Working closely with project leads and design teams, you will help ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Ideally, the successful candidate will be on site in the studio 5 days per week as the role will be quite collaborative initially but there is scope for hybrid arrangements if preferred.

The hours of work are Monday- Friday, 9am- 6pm with 1 hour for lunch.

Main Responsibilities:

* Support design teams in coordinating day-to-day project activities

* Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, providing regular status updates

* Assist in preparing project documentation, reports, and client presentations

* Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth project delivery

* Help identify and manage project risks, ensuring proactive solutions

* Maintain project records and ensure adherence to company processes

* Contribute to a collaborative and creative team environment

* Salary up to £32,000 dependent on experience

About You:

* Placement or internship experience in a project coordination or project management role (preferably within design, creative, or related industries) is desirable but not essential

* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools

* A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail

* An interest in design, innovation, and creative industries
