They are now looking to recruit a Semi Senior or Senior Tax Accountant to join their growing team. This role focuses on the preparation of corporate tax returns and computations, providing technical tax support, and working with a diverse portfolio of clients. It's an excellent opportunity for someone with practice experience to develop their tax expertise in a supportive and professional environment.

Semi Senior/ Senior Tax Accountant Job Overview

Prepare and submit Corporate Tax returns (CT600) for a varied client base

Produce accurate corporation tax computations

Assist with tax work relating to group structures, group relief, associated companies, and capital allowances

Support the senior team with advisory projects and compliance work

Liaise with clients to obtain required information and resolve queries in a timely manner

Ensure work is completed in line with UK tax legislation and HMRC deadlines

Semi Senior/ Senior Tax Accountant Job Requirements

Previous experience in corporate tax within an accountancy practice

Good understanding of UK tax compliance processes and legislation

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tax computations

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Confident communicator with a client-focused approach

ATT/CTA part-qualified or qualified by experience

Semi Senior/ Senior Tax Accountant Salary & Benefits

£30,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependant on skills and experience)

Working hours: 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week.

Holiday Package: 26 days annual leave + bank holidays
