Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert advice on pension schemes, regulations, and policy changes

Manage complex pension cases, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation

*

Calculate and process pension entitlements with accuracy and efficiency

*

Liaise with members, HR teams, payroll, and external providers

*

Train and mentor junior pension staff to develop skills and knowledge

*

Keep up to date with pension legislation and best practices

About You:

*

Proven experience in a senior pensions role (public sector experience desirable)

*

Strong knowledge of pensions legislation and scheme administration

*

Excellent analytical, communication, and organisational skills

*

Ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload

*

Proficient in pensions software and MS Office tools

Location: Hammersmith (office-based with potential hybrid working)

Pay: £24.00 – £29.00 per hour (dependent on experience)

Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday
