Are you looking to be part of a thriving finance team where your skills make a real impact?
Our client, a well established service provider based in the heart of Barking, is on the lookout for a dedicated Purchase Ledger Clerk to become a vital member of their growing finance department.
In this role you will work closely with the Financial Director, stepping into a position that's key to the smooth running of the company's financial operations. Each day brings bring variety and purpose, from processing invoices and managing payments, to maintaining meticulous records and resolving supplier queries.
You will be taking ownership of critical tasks such as:
Ensuring all purchase payment records are accurate and up to date
Handling supplier statements
Reconciling accounts and managing invoice work flows
Supporting the team with any ad hoc queries as and when requested.To be considered for this role you will need:
Computer literate with good working knowledge of finance system
Reliable, methodical, and detail-oriented
Excellent communication and organisational skillsBenefits may include:
