Purchase Ledger Clerk - £28,000 (Temp to Perm)
Guildford | Office-based | 9am – 5.30pm | Hospitality Sector
We’re recruiting on behalf of our client in the hospitality sector for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their growing finance team.
This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, ideal for someone looking to build on their finance experience with great exposure, support, and potential for career development if the role becomes permanent.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Processing high volumes of purchase invoices.Matching, batching, and coding invoices.Reconciling supplier statements and handling queries.Supporting the finance team with data entry and general admin tasks.Assisting with month-end processes where needed.
What They’re Looking For:
1–2 years' experience in a purchase ledger or accounts payable role.Strong Excel skills.Accurate data entry and a keen eye for detail.Proactive, organised and able to manage deadlines.Must have a driving licence and own transport (office not accessible by public transport).
