At Love Luxury, we specialise in sourcing and selling high-end pre-loved designer goods — from Hermès handbags to watches and jewellery. We’re a small, close-knit team who pride ourselves on doing things properly, with honesty, precision, and care.

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced and dependable Part-Time Bookkeeper to keep our finances running smoothly. This is a hands-on role in a relaxed yet professional environment, perfect for someone who enjoys being thorough, organised, and trusted to get the job done right.

What You’ll Do:

Keep our books accurate and up to date
Manage accounts payable/receivable and process invoices
Reconcile bank statements and spot any discrepancies quickly
Prepare simple monthly reports for the owners
Keep our financial records neat, clear, and compliant

About You:

15+ years’ solid bookkeeping experience (retail or small business experience a bonus)
Confident with bank reconciliations, VAT, and everyday financial admin
Familiar with QuickBooks or Xero (or happy to learn)
Methodical, trustworthy, and easy to work with
Happy working independently without needing constant oversight
Reliable, with a steady approach to meeting deadlines

The Details:

Part-Time | 2–3 days a week (flexible on days)
On-site at our Knightsbridge boutique
