Investment Transfers Assistant

Description

Due to a recent internal move and growth my client, a leading independent Investment /Wealth Manager, currently seek an Investment Transfers Assistant to join their policy services team. This is an important role which ensures the accurate transfer of investments held in client portfolios - duties will include:

* Transfer of client accounts (in & out) including nominee/ISAs/pensions/ OPBs etc.

* Transfer of all asset classes including but not limited to, equities/bonds/ funds/certificated holdings.

* Process & monitor electronic transfers.

* Monitor and chase outstanding transfer items.

* Ensure the wealth manager asset transfer report is accurate & up to date.

* Administration of portfolio adjustments. off-market transfers and portfolio valuations.

* Process cash receipts/disbursements.

* Accurately capturing ISA subscription & issuing ISA history forms

Applicants must possess a keen eye for detail with ideally one to two years exposure to Investment / Financial Services administration including ISA's, GIA's and SIPP's. You will be educated to a minimum of GCSE standard having secured C or above in Maths and English. Excellent communication skills and a stable track record are a must along with the ability to provide a consistently high level of service whilst working towards deadlines along with a keen desire to learn.
