Support M&A transactions, due diligence, and integration of acquired businesses

Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing finance team across operational and central functions

Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and lender requirements

Key Requirements

Proven track record as a CFO in a private equity-backed manufacturing or industrial environment

Strong experience in multi-site operations, cost control, and manufacturing finance metrics

Expertise in scaling finance functions to support rapid growth and operational change

Hands-on, commercially astute, and comfortable working closely with site leadership teams

Significant M&A and post-acquisition integration experience

ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (or equivalent)

Personal Attributes

Highly commercial, analytical, and results-oriented

Gravitas to influence investors, Boards, and senior leadership

Resilient and adaptable in fast-moving, entrepreneurial settings

Strong communicator with the ability to distil complex financial data into actionable insight
