Description
A well-established insurance group who has a number of sites across the UK and are a well renowned Wheels Insurance specialist now seek to appoint a new Renewal Advisors to join their Taxi Insurance team, based in Liverpool (L5). Please note they are not looking for someone to start until the end of October/start of November.
This position sits on their existing business team, with the purpose of the role being to provide renewal insurance quotations for Public and Private Hire insurance clients. The role requires dealing with clients over the phone and via e-mail to ensure retention targets are maximised, through the provision of efficient communication & negotiation skills. You will be based in a team of 4 (with this being made up of 2 sales advisors and 2 renewals advisors).
We are keen to hear from you if you are highly self-motivated, driven & can deliver excellent customer service whilst hitting targets.
You must also have at least 1 years insurance experience, gained at either a broker or insurer, and this will need to be wheels based, so either Private Motor, Commercial Vehicle, Taxi or Motor Trade or they would also potentially consider someone with a household insurance broking background.
Basic salary on offer is £(phone number removed), plus monthly bonuses (£750 per month OTE) with 20 days holiday to start.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, and they would consider those who want to do 1/2 days a week from home if required.
