Isca Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting a Finance Manager for a long-standing client who are growing again! Location: Hybrid – home (3 days) & Launceston office (2 days)

Hours: 36 hours per week average (9-day fortnight) | Part-time option: Min. 3 days/week

Salary: Up to c£40,000pa

Benefits: 25 days holiday + bank holidays, pension, potential for study support, flexible working, so much more including paid volunteering days.

Finance Manager – Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Finance Manager will be a key part of the collaborative finance team, where you’ll have a wide remit including:

* Financial reporting, delivering insightful financial commentary for stakeholder reports

* Preparing quarterly management accounts for multiple entities

* Managing and updating cashflow forecasts

* Working with the Financial Controller on various projects to deliver planning and performance analysis

* Taking ownership of payments and drawdowns in line with legal agreements for each entity.

Finance Manager – What You’ll Bring:

This role would suit an Assistant Finance Manager or Assistant Accountant looking to progress their career, or an experienced Finance Manager looking for a new challenge.

You’ll have recent experience of financial reporting and management accounting combined with strong knowledge of UK accounting standards and a keen interest in financial accounting.

Excellent IT skills including Excel (look ups and pivot tables min.)

Most important is a proactive collaborative approach, a love of problem-solving, detail and getting stuck in!

You’ll be a first-rate communicator able to confidently explain complex financial information to colleagues and non-finance stakeholders.

**Please note candidates will need to live within commuting distance of Launceston.**
