The Role

As a Finance Business Partner, you will work closely with operational teams to provide financial insight, challenge assumptions, and support strategic planning. You'll be the bridge between finance and the business, ensuring that financial data drives performance and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with project managers and senior leadership to provide financial analysis and insightMonitor project performance, budgets, and forecastsIdentify risks and opportunities, and support cost–control initiativesPrepare monthly management accounts and variance analysisSupport tendering and bid processes with financial inputDrive continuous improvement in financial processes and reportingData analysis utilising Power BI

What We're Looking For

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)Experience in the construction or infrastructure sector (preferred)Strong commercial acumen and analytical skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesProficiency in financial systems and Excel
