Join Our Team as a Finance Assistant!

We are currently seeking two motivated Finance Assistants to support our busy client within their Finance Transactions Processing team on a fixed-term contract for 6 months.

£24,000 - £28,000 dependant on skillset and experience

Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)

Accessible via public transport or car with a free car park!

6 month minimum contract

Severalls, Colchester

Key Responsibilities:

Efficiently process funding changes and validate paperwork.

Create and manage new account billing, ensuring smooth notifications to the Allocations Team.

Handle all billing cycles, including private fees, public fees, and resident expenses.

Address billing queries and maintain clear communication with internal customers.

Support onboarding and offboarding processes for resident accounts.

What You Bring:

Previous experience in Accounts Receivable or reconciliation is a plus!

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Excellent problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.

Outstanding communication and organisational skills.
