Customer Service Consultant – Join a Team That Makes a Real Difference!
Salary: £24,000 – £28,000 DOE + Bonus
Hours: 37.5 per week | Rotating Shifts
Location: Cardiff City Centre - Option for hybrid after probation

What You'll Be Doing:

Taking friendly, helpful inbound calls about there insurance.
*
Logging each conversation like a pro – accuracy is key!
*
Handling a variety of queries while keeping things smooth and stress-free for the customer.
*
Building your skills and progressing through different areas of the customer service team.
*
Getting stuck into team meetings and sharing ideas—we want your voice!
*
Putting people first and treating every customer with fairness and care.
*
Always keeping it professional with customers and teammates alike.
What We're Looking For:
*
Experience in a customer service or call centre role (you’ve got the skills, we want them!).
*
Confident dealing with customer complaints—written or verbal? Bring it on!
*
Bonus points if you’ve worked with Live Chat systems.
*
Excellent communicator with a positive, can-do attitude.
*
Detail-oriented and ready to go the extra mile for customers.
*
A confident, clear phone manner.
*
Tech-savvy with a good handle on Excel, Word, and the web.
Shifts That Work for You:
*
Weekdays: Shifts between 8:30am – 8:00pm
*
Weekends: Just one Saturday and one Sunday per month
*
Rotas are set 6 weeks in advance—plenty of time to plan your life!
