Description

The Finance Assistant-Cash & Bank role is initially a temporary assignment and will be Hybrid/remote working with occasional training days in the Macclesfield office in Cheshire. Reporting to the Cash & Bank Manager Key responsibilities will include:

Process daily cash and banking transactions accurately and efficiently.

Reconcile bank accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

Support the preparation of cash flow forecasts and reports.

Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations.

Assist in month-end closing activities related to cash and bank accounts.

Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and documentation.

Respond to internal and external inquiries related to banking matters.

Collaborate with team members to improve processes and systems.Profile

In order to apply for the role you should:

Have experienced in Treasury or Cash & Bank finance role

Be able to consider a temporary role initially

Be able to commute for some initial training in the Macclesfield office in Cheshire

Excel- v look up and pivot table level
