Due to expansion, we now have an exciting opportunity for a newly created role within the organisation for an End of Lease Administrator.

Job Purpose:

The End of Lease Administrator will provide assistance in managing Tower Leasing’s end-of-lease process, with a key focus on maximising asset recovery values through strategic resale, re-leasing, or disposal channels.

This role is responsible for liaising with internal teams, clients, and external buyers to ensure a smooth and profitable end-of-lease transition. This role plays a critical part in ensuring Tower Leasing recovers value from assets while maintaining strong client relationships.

General Responsibilities:

* Manage a wide variety of queries (calls, emails) to include completing callback requests and answer incoming calls professionally

* Managing the sale of title through our internal systems including Dynamics 365 CRM, Aspire & Access

* Use knowledge and judgement to support suppliers, customers and funders with their end of lease queries and collaborate across departments to resolve issues

* Ensure compliance with data protection regulations when managing customer information, including adherence to communication protocols and internal company policies

* Provide constructive feedback to improve processes and procedures

* Keep detailed records of customer interactions using Sharepoint, CRM and Aspire systems

* Assisting with some basic administrative duties and provide general team support and holiday cover

* Assist internal departments and legal partners with information requests

Administrative and supporting responsibilities for the End of Lease team:

* Monitoring payment of invoices / credit control: Monitor payments of invoices raised and chase payments through the agreed credit control process. Ensure the correct allocation of payments through the checking of the banking updates in collaboration with remittances received

* Banking updates: Check payments noted on the daily banking to identify title payments received, request remittances, ensuring payments are allocated correctly

* Terminating agreements: Change the agreement status to terminated when an account has been fully settled in the finance system

* Account statements: Generate account statements as requested

* Copy documents: Provide documentation such as copy invoices and statements

* Create invoices: Create and issue title invoices when an agreement has been terminated in line with any buy back agreements in place

* Detail changes: Maintain and update customer and account data in a clear and timely manner

* Upgraded agreements: Check accuracy of title agreements on upgraded agreements through the monitor of the internal upgrade mailbox

* Payment enquiries: Investigate payment enquiries including managing credit/refund requests in coordination with the Accounts department

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Experience of working within in a credit control environment would be advantageous

* Familiarity with asset management tools in areas such as asset tracking, valuation, or lease portfolio software (desirable)

* Knowledge of FCA regulations and lease contract structures (desirable)

* Previous use of a CRM system (desirable)

* Previous experience in asset finance, equipment leasing, or asset remarketing (desirable)

* Understanding of asset types such as vehicles, plant, machinery, IT, or commercial equipment (desirable)

Skills & Personal Attributes:

* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to recover arrears through credit control activities

* Excellent verbal, written, communication, organisational and project management skills

* Strong relationship-building skills and attention to detail

* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and to work under pressure meeting deadlines

* Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset

* Proactive problem-solving approach

* Proficiency in MS Office including Word and Excel

Commencement date: TBC

Duration of contract: Permanent

Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 dependent on experience

Place of work: Location is office based in Bracknell, with working from home hybrid model

Hours: the post is full time 09:00 – 17:30 Monday – Thursday & 09:00 – 17:00 on Friday

Holiday: 25 days holiday increasing with length of service
